System Migration Update
Effective Saturday, November 1
Over the past several weeks, our Arcis Golf Technology Team has been on-site preparing for the upcoming system migration. We’re excited to announce that the official system conversion will take place Saturday, November 1.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about what’s changing and how to access the new systems moving forward.
ForeTees ClubCentral App
Tee times, racquet reservations, kids club, group fitness sign-ups, member statements, dining reservations, and event registrations will now be managed through ForeTees.
You can access all of this through the ForeTees ClubCentral App or the members-only section of The Woodlands Country Club website.
Mobile App Setup (Starting November 1)
- Download ForeTees ClubCentral from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Tap “Email me my credentials” and enter the email tied to your club account.
- Log in using the credentials emailed to you.
- Choose either the ForeTees icon or the Woodlands logo when prompted.
- Once logged in, the app will keep you signed in—no need to remember your credentials.

All existing à la carte and event reservations have been transferred to the new platform.
Website Access
On Saturday, November 1, you’ll receive an email with a one-time link to set your password for the members-only section of the new website: www.thewoodlandscc.com. Please complete your setup before exploring the site.
Booking Tee Times & Courts on the Website
- Log in to the members-only area (Login button at the top right).
- From your Member Experience Center, click Book a Tee Time or Reserve a Court.
- To return to your Member Experience Center, click My Membership in the top-right corner.
Accounting & Statements
- Your November statement will look slightly different due to the new point-of-sale system. All charges will now be itemized within the statement body.
- Access to prior statements (before November 1) will no longer be available through the previous system.
- October balances will appear in the new system by November 10.
- All members are now enrolled in e-statements.
- The credit card surcharge for autopay and private event payments is now 2.75% (reduced from 3%).
- Monthly statements will be emailed on the 1st of each month (or next business day).
- Autopay will run on November 25, and beginning in December, on the 15th of each month (or next business day).
- Members can make non-autopay payments online through the website or ForeTees app under “Online Statement.”

Club Communications
We’re moving to a new email platform, so club messages may look a little different going forward. To ensure you receive all communications:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Mark club emails as “Not Spam” or drag them to your Primary inbox.
- Add memberservices@arcis.life and no_reply@arcisgolf.com to your safe sender list.
Look for our first message on Sunday, November 2, titled:
“Welcome to Our New Email Platform.”
If you don’t see it, please search all folders.

Final Note
While we’ve conducted extensive testing to ensure a smooth transition, some unexpected issues may arise. Our IT and regional support teams will be on-site throughout the week to assist members and staff and will work quickly to resolve any issues.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to launching this new technology at The Woodlands Country Club.
