Fitness Centers at The Woodlands country club
All Members of the Woodlands Country Club have access to two fitness facilities, one at the Palmer Clubhouse and the other, Elevation Fitness at the Tournament Course. Both Palmer Fitness and Elevation Fitness are great choices for your daily workout, whether you enjoy free weights, top-of-the-line weight machines, cardio or gym equipment.
Elevation Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes, including pilates, yoga, strength training, express circuit, performance training, TRX suspension training and more!
Palmer Fitness + Elevation Fitness
The Palmer Fitness facility is perfect for Members looking for a quick and effective workout. Palmer Fitness is a fully equipped co-ed exercise room open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Elevation Fitness is available Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
